"I'm out of luck, because the injured right wrist yesterday (Tuesday) during exercise. Having tests in Spain, including MRI and examination the doctor said I should stay out of the tournament at least 2-3 weeks," said Nadal.
"I am very disappointed because I can not defend his title and compete at Toronto and Cincinnati this year. Actually I was looking forward to come and play again after a good result last year," he said.
